Oh Hai, we’re back

…well, maybe. I turned the game on today, at least. 😛 My intention was to briefly check something but of course I couldn’t stop myself from hitting the Ansel hotkey once, and next thing you know I spent an hour taking random screenshots. Pffft, Ansel, it’s like crack.

Ignis portraits

Lately I’ve been watching a lot of anime again, which is full of handsomely/prettily drawn dudes, but Ignis will always be my “husbando”. It’s that face, man, that face. From serious/intense to utterly adorable (the 2nd pic) and everything inbetween. He’d make a good Sherlock, too.  Ignis Sherlock. Yeah, I can totally see that. Someone put that deerstalker cap on him. lol.

Happy Halloween or something?

I know it’s early but since I haven’t been posting as often past couple months, not sure if I’d make it on time otherwise. Just a couple outfit mods with a Halloween-ish theme.

I still haven’t been in much of a FFXV or gaming mood and my physical health/stamina has been fairly weird past few months. Seeing Ignis with vampire fangs amuses me tho. heh.

Avatara-Noct-Ignis, getting closer

An intriguing thing is it seems a hair mod that lacks proper motion physics and shaders etc. isn’t as affected by Ansel ignoring/not wanting to apply the TAA (and/or other post-processing game setting elements) to Ansel-screenshots (note true Ignis’ hair being darker brown and less detailed/smooth – the hair-down hair is the worst ever in this regard, especially from a distance). PC version of Prompto’s pics do the same thing, like Prompto uses Ansel on PC. >.>

If you actually play Noct as Ignis, even with the hair, it still doesn’t look/feel right – but very close-up/face-only screens or within the creation editor’s better lighting/shaders, if you angle just right and squint, you can pretend. 😛
