An obsession with Ansel-taken screenshots
Hadn’t been to Insomnia for a while. I should do the end-game fights again.
One of my favorite casual Hunts to do, especially with the difficulty table to make them much higher level. Wyrvens are fun to spam certain Techniques on.
Note: I’m back to taking way too many shots of Ignis (and in general). As if I don’t have enough already. *bangs head on desk* … I’ve been so bored late at night lately, tho. >.>
Realized I’d never done this fishing quest, and I needed it to fish for the tuna and get the recipe. While I loved the fishing in the main game, fishing from the boat is/was tedious/dull and generally unrewarding, so I’ve barely done anything on/with it. Anyway, it took me a while but I caught my fish/recipe and I can now ignore the boat again.
For some reason during the cutscene, Prompto and Gladio turned invisible on me. >.>
Ignis gets the best combat animation stances. What? I’m not biased, nope.
Having younger and older in the same shot is from Gladio subbing for younger. It’s an ok model-swap but per usual Gladio’s specific expressions on someone else’s face look a bit odd from time to time.
Ravus is still my personal fave guest to have around tho … and Umbra.
That last one is using Ansel to clip through the front of the car.

I still utterly love using Ansel in this single game, but my energy for playing (any) games has waned a lot, let alone editing/uploading to the blog with any regularity. I did play through Borderlands 3 on the PS4, but it wasn’t nearly as good as the first two of that series for me, so after a few weeks or so I quit. Other than that I’ve barely touched games since Devil May Cry 5 release period. I’ve reached that spot where it’s hard to replay games you’ve already played to death (I did try some ancient faves for brief moments), but there’s never anything new I’m interested in, either. Gaming industry just isn’t making games that fit my style and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Ah well. Plenty of other things to do. 😀
